Finding a bowl of honest-to-gosh gumbo west of Louisiana is problematic. However, a talented group of Episcopalians (from near and far) are prepared to dazzle you with an especially rich, dark roux, layered with the holy trinity of peppers, onions and celery. Our Mardi Gras Chicken Gumbo Dinner will start with traditional Louisianan appetizers and conclude with a show-stopping dessert.
